Pip's first litter was sired by "Bo", Ch. Lobuff Bobwhite at Chucklebrook. I'd been eyeing this pedigree for many years, as it goes back to my foundation bitch, Aly, through Lobuff's Coconut Custard, not to mention the many wonderful get by Bo along with the strong genes his littermates brought to the breed through Puffin, Piper, and Eddie. Bo was almost 12 years old when I reached out to Diane and Lisa to use him and I will always treasure their openness in sharing a piece of Bo with us. Bo and Pip clicked. Only a litter of five, I held onto three from this litter and oh did Diane want to take Duff home with her. There was such depth of quality in this litter. Axl's (now Angus's) family was willing to let me take him cold turkey into the show ring at the Labrador Retriever Club of Greater Boston Specialty. I entered him in the Bred-by class under Kendall Herr, Dickendall Labradors, where he went 2nd in the class with absolutely no training. Rodrigo, now Salty, lives the life with his forever family enjoying the ocean, sailing, and tennis balls. Nycoma Way Nightingale, Norah, did well in limited showing, winning some lovely classes in both Sweepstakes and Regular along the way including:
