My Brodie x Aly litter was the first litter I ever whelped. To say this was special is an understatement. I did so much research for this breeding I think my head was spinning. I spoke with so many treasured breeders about their stud dogs who were so generous with their time and knowledge. I will be forever thankful for their insights. For this research I purchased my first ever breeder software program (that I still use today) and it was immensely helpful to see pedigrees and generations layered back including inbreeding coefficients. 

My mom came to help me and I am so thankful for her support. Having her there meant the world to me. This litter gave me three beautiful girls and oh what a special future these babies gave me and my dear friends, Marie and John Baccarie of Tanzy Labradors, who I consider family. I kept my Idgie, my firstborn puppy ever. Hannah went to Marie and became her foundation bitch, and Elsa became the beloved family member of my vet tech at the time. I will hold this litter so close in my heart.
